Once you've decided to apply for a position at Vista Community Clinic, please follow the guidelines below.

How to apply:

  • We require resumes to be submitted through an online application. You can attach the application and your resume to an email sent to hr@vistacommunityclinic.org, fax it to 1-760-414-3702, or you can deliver your application in person to 465 La Tortuga, Ste 210, Vista CA 92081.
  • Address your cover letter to "Human Resources". Multiple people will look at your cover letter, so a general greeting is appropriate.
  • Applications can be submitted for up to three jobs. In the "Position Applied For" area of the job application, enter no more than three jobs in the order preferred.
  • Once your application is submitted, you cannot update the application.
  • A recruiter will review your application to see if you are qualified for the position and have the proper certifications the position may require, etc. If you are qualified, the recruiter will forward your application to the hiring manager. The manager will then call you if they would like to interview you.
  • Due to the volume of applications received, the review time varies. Please allow at least 10-15 business days before checking the status of your application. Status requests should be directed to hr@vistacommunityclinic.org. No phone calls or in-person visits.
