Q: How do I contact Human Resources?
A: The HR office is at 465 La Tortuga, Ste 210 Vista, CA 92081. The fax number is 1-760-414-3702. The phone number is 1-760-631-5000 option 8. Hours of operation are from 8am - 5pm Monday through Friday.
Q: How do I apply for a position?
A: To apply for an available position, click on the "Apply Now" link and complete an employment application. This can be emailed to hr@vistacommunityclinic.org or faxed to 1-760-414-3702.
Q: I don’t have a computer. How can I apply?
A: You may apply on any computer with internet access: a friend’s house, public library, EDD office, etc. You can also fax or mail your application and/or apply in person at our Human Resources Office.
Q: I clicked to apply now and nothing is happening?
A: Your computer is blocking pop-ups, and our application is on a secure site you access through a pop-up. You may "allow pop-ups" or "temporarily allow pop-ups" on your computer’s firewall setting to access the application.
Q: Can I apply for a position that is not posted?
A: No, a position has to be posted in order to complete an application. The website is updated twice weekly so check back frequently for updated job listings.
Q: Is this site secure?
A: Yes. When entering and exiting secure sites you are prompted to continue with a pop-up window. You will notice a small yellow lock icon on the bottom right of the screen; this means that the screen you are on is secure.
Q: How often is our website updated?
A: Twice weekly if there are changes.
Q: How can I be notified when new positions become available?
A: You will need to continue to check our website on a regular basis. Our job website is updated twice weekly if there are changes.
Q: How do I find jobs posted for a specific facility or department?
A: To find available positions, please click on "Job Search" to view all of the positions accepting applications.
Q: What are the hours of the position? How do I find out?
A: If specific hours are not listed, the exact hours will be determined by the department. You may ask the interviewer about the specific hours for the position.
Q: How do I know if I qualify for a position?
A: The minimum requirements are included in the job posting.
