Job Summary:
Oversee the daily operations of the Program Offices Building (shared spaces) and the Health Promotion Center.
Primary Duties:
- Provide assistance and administrative support to the HPC Director/VCC Administrator
- Assist the HPC Assistant Director in administration of the Health Promotion Center
- Assist with the review and the implementation of organizational policy and procedures
- Work with HPC Program Managers and Coordinators to help organize the contract and grant documentation
- Work with the Finance department to process incoming and outgoing invoices and payables for all HPC Programs and its staff members
- Serve as a liaison between vendors, VCC Staff and our finance dept when necessary
- Coordinate and maintain the VCC Program Offices building shared spaces, and equipment
- Provide administrative and technical support for HPC Program staff
Minimum Qualifications:
- Associates Degree; Bachelor's Degree a plus
- Minimum three years executive assistant-level experience
- Bilingual English/Spanish; fluency in both languages required
- Strong organizational and computer skills
- High intermediate level of proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Publisher and Powerpoint
- Strong ability to quickly learn other programs as needed.
- Must be able to accurately type minimum 50 words per minute
- Valid California driver’s license and vehicle insurance, reliable transportation

Description:

Minimum Qualifications:
