  • HIV Testing and treatment

  • Reproductive health visits for youth ages 12 - 19

Vale Terrace Teen Clinic 1000 Vale Terrace, Vista

  • Monday – Thursday: 1pm – 7pm
  • Friday: 1pm – 5pm
  • Saturday: 9am – 4pm
  • Walk-ins and appointments welcome

Horne Street Teen Clinic 517 N. Horne Street, Oceanside

Work Experience

Do you have what it takes to be a leader and STOP teen pregnancy? CHOICES Teen Clinic is staffed by teens who have been specially trained by Vista Community Clinic. These teens register patients, provide health education, and conduct risk assessments. You can begin volunteering as young as age 15. You may even be hired!
