National Community Health Center Week

Come learn about your health care safety net! National Health Center Week will be celebrated by three health fairs hosted by Vista Community Clinic on

Monday August 9th

Wednesday August 11th

Friday August 13th

Each fair is from 9am – 1pm. The address is 1000 Vale Terrace, Vista 92084. The Health Fair will include information, screenings and/or free gifts from the following programs: HIV Services, Breast Health, Prenatal, Dental, Immunizations, Teen Services, Diabetes, Alcohol, Tobacco and Other Drug Prevention, Food Stamp application assistance information and more. Cooking demonstrations will be offered by Vista Community Clinic’s nutritionist from 11am – 12pm at each fair. Children are invited to enjoy free face painting and other activities.

Health Centers like Vista Community Clinic provide medical homes to more than 20 million low income and uninsured patients across the United States. Health Centers offer significant savings to the taxpayers by diverting unnecessary emergency room visits, early diagnosis of diseases such as cancer and diabetes, public vaccination programs and more.
