Vale Terrace Expansion
Construction has begun! Drive by our Vale Terrace Branch and you will see a flurry of activity as we build our new 31,000 square foot facility and 350 car parking garage. This new facility is an addition to the 29,500 square foot branch we currently operate at that site.
The new facility will expand:
- Prenatal
- Pediatrics
- Family medicine
- Health education
- Pharmacy
The new facility will allow us to see more than 12,000 additional patients each year. It will be completed in December of 2011.
We began this project after receiving a highly competitive $11.4 million grant from the federal stimulus funds. This grant will cover 60% of the $21 million dollar project. Other monies will be financed.
We need to raise over $1,000,000 to purchase furnishings and equipment.
Here are some of the supplies we urgently need:
- $4,000 | Non-stress test
- $700 | Otoscope
- $300 | Pediatric Scale
- $100 | Blood Pressure Unit
