Wellness Clinic
The Wellness Clinic provides immunizations and basic medical care such as well-child exams and routine screening and testing. It is open five days a week on a walk-in basis for your convenience. Patients are seen on a "first come, first served" basis. Early arrival is suggested.

- Influenza (seasonal) 6 months old - adult
- Pneumonia (child and adult)
- Dtap/Tdap/Td (Tdap recommended for agess 11 years or older)
- Polio
- Hepatitis A/Hepatitis B
- Rotavirus
- Measles/Mumps/Rubella (MMR)
- Varicella (chicken pox)
- HPV (Human Papillomavirus)
- Meningococcal
- Shingles (Zoster) 50 years and older
- Vaccine blood titers available by appointment only
- Tuberculosis Testing available on a walk-in basis in the Wellness Clinic. Testing requires a return visit for reading in 48-72 hours from placement.
Hours of Operation
- Monday – Friday 9am – 4pm
- Patients are checked in until 3:15pm
