How do you help your patients “Choose Health”?
I believe that everybody has the capacity to heal themselves physically and emotionally with time. This takes a commitment to self-care and avoidance of self-sabotaging behaviors. I help clients identify avenues for both while addressing problems, thoughts, emotions and behaviors that prevent healing.”
