Biography
Ms. Young made the decision to become a provider at VCC because she saw a strong commitment to provide the best health care for all. As a Family Nurse Practitioner, she educates her patients so that they can take charge of their health, make informed decisions and be their own health advocates. Ms. Young has worked in a variety of health care settings including primary care, pediatrics, acute care and hospice. In her free time, she enjoys reading, hiking, cooking and traveling.
Ms. Young provides PrEP (HIV pre-exposure prophylaxis) and is experienced in the treatment and care of individuals with Hepatitis C Treatment.
