Our Certified Enrollment Counselors will assist you with information and pre-screening for Covered California health plans. You can also apply for the SDGE Care discount, learn about our affordable, high quality health services and health education programs, and register to vote. Please bring your 2015 income taxes and proof of your September 2016 income. Covered California open enrollment begins November 1.
