Decilia Dahlin is an Associate Clinical Social Worker who is passionate about supporting individuals through compassion, cultural humility, and a strengths-based approach. She provides therapy for a wide range of needs, including anxiety, depression, life transitions, trauma, and stress, and is committed to creating a safe, welcoming space where clients feel heard and understood.

Decilia earned her Master of Social Work degree from California State University San Marcos and has experience working in college behavioral health, services for individuals experiencing homelessness, and community programs. She is skilled in biopsychosocial assessment, crisis intervention, case management, and evidence-based therapeutic approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and a Dialectical Behavioral Therapy-informed approach.

Decilia believes in meeting clients where they are and empowering them toward resilience and meaningful change. She is also conversational in Spanish and values accessible, culturally responsive care.
