Maureen Iwuoha, NP, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with more than 30 years of healthcare experience as both a registered nurse and advanced practice provider. She is passionate about delivering compassionate, patient-centered care and building strong relationships with patients and families to support their overall health and well-being.
Maureen earned her Master of Science in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner, from California Baptist University in Riverside, California. She is certified as both an FNP-BC and FNP-C and holds a furnishing number through the California Board of Registered Nursing.
Her clinical experience includes family medicine, preventive care, chronic disease management, well-child exams, adult physicals, women’s health services, patient education, and telehealth care. Prior to joining VCC, Maureen provided comprehensive primary care services in a family medicine setting and spent more than two decades caring for patients at the University of California, Irvine Medical Center, where she also served in nursing leadership roles.
Maureen believes in partnering with patients to help them make informed healthcare decisions and achieve their health goals. She is committed to providing high-quality care to individuals and families throughout the community. She is a member of the California Association of Nurse Practitioners and the American Nurses Association.
