Nurse Kelly Rackham is a nationally certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over 30 years of experience in the healthcare field. Kelly has worked as a bedside nurse in the ER, Urgent Care and Critical Care units for decades. He received his Master of Science of Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Western University of Health Sciences in 2020. He has worked in multiple hospital settings and is well versed in preventative and primary care needs, for our patients at VCC.
