Alida Zappone is a bilingual Licensed Clinical Social Worker with extensive experience providing mental health care to individuals, couples, and families. She provides psychotherapy in both English and Spanish and works with patients to address emotional, behavioral, and social concerns that can affect their overall health and well-being.
Alida has a strong background working with children, adolescents, and families, including 15 years as a school social worker. Her experience also includes crisis intervention, family therapy, foster care, parent support, and helping families connect with community and mental health resources.
At VCC, Alida works closely with patients, families, primary care providers, and behavioral health teams to develop individualized care plans and provide coordinated support. She earned her Master of Social Work from the University of Southern California, with a concentration in families and children and a specialization in school social work.
