Your gift makes a tremendous impact
on the health of our community.

  • Dear patient,

At VCC your health is our top priority we’re keeping our doors open to make sure patients like you are getting the care they need. Lately we’ve noticed that less of you are accessing care and we’re concerned that you’re going without the help you need, and putting off care can put you at serious risk of complications.

We understand that you may have fears about going to the doctor right now, but I want to personally reassure you that at VCC we are taking every safety precaution necessary for your health:

    • All patients are being screened prior to entering any VCC site, and no visitors are allowed.
    • Care for patients showing any viral symptoms is given in a separate area from those who are well.
    • All patients and VCC staff are required to wear face masks, at minimum. Patients without a face mask will be given one upon arrival. If patients are unable to wear a mask we will help provide care in an alternate manner.
    • Regular and professional disinfecting of surfaces and equipment.
    • Telehealth options for patients to stay home and stay safe.
    • A drive-up clinic for services like vaccines, labs, and podiatry to limit interaction and exposure.

Have you lost your insurance or income? If you are in need of health insurance, Medi-Cal enrollment has been extended to June 30th, and our expert enrollment team can make sure you get covered. We are also currently accepting new patients of any age regardless of insurance or income.

Are you struggling with food? If you need food support please call us: North County San Diego patients: Call 760-631-5000 ext 7014; Orange County patients: Call 562-264-6000; Riverside County patients: Call 951-252-2720 ext 7161.

Stay connected to health with ease. Call or text us at 844.308.5003, and a call center representative will be able to connect you with a clinician who can help you.

We look forward to being able to provide you and your family with care, and appreciate your trust in VCC to help you #ChooseHealth through these tough times.

    Your friend in health,

  • Fernando M. Sanudo, M.P.H
