Description
The VCC Project REACH youth development program, the city of Oceanside and the Oceanside Police Department will host the fourth annual Celebration of Life event in Libby Lake Park to remember victims of violence, and to celebrate the youth and families of the Libby Lake neighborhood in the city. The event is free and open to all. Enjoy food, games, face painting and music with friends and neighbors in the community.
