Getting an HIV test is the only way to know if you have HIV. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) recommends that you should be tested for HIV at least once. The CDC also recommends that you be tested more frequently if you are having unprotected sex or sharing needles. At VCC, we offer confidential, quick and low or no-cost HIV testing. If you do test positive, our wide-range of medical and support services provide you with all the help you need to get treated. HIV screening and support doesn’t need to be scary – we’re here to help.
